Creating specialized departments such as finance, human resources and programs, functional extension of full-time staff, increasing and diversifying financial resources, deciding basic internal financial and administrative policies, integration's work sectors, adopting basic automation tools for financial accounting and human recourses.

A full-time specialist for each sector, setting a strategic orientation for the organization, finlising the development of detailed and subsidiary administrative policies, semi-automation, geographical ex[pansion of offices, the presence of ambassadors and representatives for the organization in a number of countries around the world, increasing the number of partnership with Arab and foreign institutions, increasing sources of sustainable income.

We help children, adolescents and youth as the main target, their families, school students and people with special needs (marginalized group) in conflict countries.
