Formulation of vision and programs, an office and a main location, completing employment, finding a solid ground of supporters, creating practical committees, creating a balanced board of trustees.

Foundation

Creating specialized departments such as finance, human resources and programs, functional extension of full-time staff, increasing and diversifying financial resources, deciding basic internal financial and administrative policies, integrating specialists in the organization’s work sectors, adopting basic automation tools for financial accounting and human resources.

Awareness

A full-time specialist for each sector, setting a strategic orientation for the organization, finalising the development of detailed and subsidiary administrative policies, semi-automation, geographical expansion of offices, the presence of ambassadors and representatives for the organization in a number of countries around the world, increasing the number of partnerships with Arab and foreign institutions, increasing sources of sustainable income.

Presence of the a programs department for the organization, strategic partnerships, joining international organizations and alliances concerned with relief, education and development lobbies, a strong, solid and sustainable basis for income, advanced automation, fixed scientific and youth committees

Why Mission Relief

An emerging organization with years of experience through specialists in relief, education and charitable sectors, and a cadre of volunteers from various disciplines. We are working to establish an institution that deals with the affairs of needy families in the Middle East, by providing them with educational, social and developmental support as well as with the necessary expertise, to help them achieve their aspirations and hopes.

The objectives of Mission Relief were defined in accordance with the reality of the countries experiencing conflicts, and in line with the experiences of the leading societies in emerging countries that could be built upon. We help children, adolescents and youth as the main target, their families, school students and people with special needs (marginalized group) in conflict countries.

Meet Our Team

Ahmad Kabarra

Founding President

Ahmad is an Activist in social and humanitarian work; he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Project Management. He works hard with many organizations to secure a better life for the less fortunate in developing countries and move them from a life of crises to an independent life. After moving between more than 15 countries, Ahmad settled in Canada in 2014, where he started a beautiful family and began a new chapter of his life in a new world. He established Mission Relief in 2020 to help needy families in his hometown, Tripoli. Praise be to God, the relief work has been extending to neighboring countries, where now we are delivering aid and relief to Palestine, Syria, and Yemen. All thanks to God and then to your kind donations

Mohamad Karhani

With 15+ years experience of business consultancy merged with relief and development projects, the international operations manager act as the backbone for implementing and expanding mission relief projects and teams in the middle east. He is willing to put his extensive experience in management, marketing, project management, disaster response, and team formation skills to serve the mission and realize the vision of mission relief and its objectives.

Yasser El-Ali

backed with his “Biomedical engineering” background, Yasser acted as one of the backbones of the Emergency and Relief Academy since 2017. He provided Tens of trainings in: First Aid, Basic Life Suppprt (BLS), Disaster Managment. He was enrolled in the Humanitarian Field as a volunteer since 2010.

Hayat El-Ossmani

A Female Entrepreneur, an Early Childhood Educator, the 2021/2022 Rise Community Leadership recipient, the 2017 Emaan Entrepreneur Award, and an active community figure in Edmonton who supported in planning and organizing tens of community events and volunteered with many non-profit local and overseas organizations.
Hayat always strives to the life betterment of the children, women, and people in need such as the seniors, homeless, and the people who struggle financially to bring food to their table or who can not afford paying the schools tuition fees for their children.
Hayat started being involved in many community events and contributions to the needy people, the women, and the children since she and her family landed in Canada in 2001. She is a trusted, dedicated, generous, passionate, sympathetic human who wants to leave a legacy. She is now a proud Canadian Citizen who empowers hundreds of people and educates others about the importance of acceptance, diversity, and social equality.

With over twenty years of experience as Senior Finance Manager working for multinational companies such as Coca-Cola Co. and national companies (manufacturing, wholesale, construction, insurance, & hotel industry), and with Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration-Accounting, and a member of The Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CMA), Karim is one of mission relief’s valuable assets who will allow our organization to align with working standards, best accounting practices and financial policies.

A mother of 3 and grandmother to 8 beautiful kids.
A social activist who’s always happy to give, so she became addicted to helping needy families and started an orphan sponsorship project almost 15 years ago.
Zoubaida never hesitated to help those who asked for help as much as possible.

Jahed Abo Limas

syria Coordinator

Our Syria coordinator Jahed, was enrolled in the humanitarian and relief work since the beginning of the Syrian crisis. Since that time he was contracted with several local and international NGOs realizing work in both relief and education sectors. His presence will support our outreach to refugees in southern Turkey and internally displaced people (IDPs) in northern Syria.
